Tracey J. Marshall, the artist

Tracey J. Marshall has painted professionally for ten years in Greensboro, NC where she is well-known as an accomplished artist and businesswoman.

Her celebratory art reflects Tracey's positive view of life, focusing on friendship, food, wine, and nature. Her paintings, particularly her signature Party Girl series, have developed a following among clients all over the United States.

Over the last decade, sales of Tracey's artwork have exceeded half a million dollars. She has sold 200+ paintings and reprints of her Party Girl series and over 900 paintings of other themes, including wine, food, landscapes, and abstract art. In addition, Tracey has owned and operated Marshall Art Gallery since 2000 and has hosted and curated over 250 gallery art shows.

Her energetic and generous nature is also reflected in her tireless volunteer work for the community. She co-founded and has consistently chaired the Annual Friends of Gateway Holiday Art Auction benefiting handicapped children and has served the elderly as a two-term board member of the Adult Center for Enrichment. Through her art, Tracey has supported a wide range of organizations including Women's Resource Center, Guilford Green Foundation, Adult Center for Enrichment, and Greensboro Opera Company, just to name a few.

Tracey J. Marshall : beautiful scenic landscapesBorn in London, England, Tracey subsequently grew up on a farm in North Carolina where, even as a youngster, she enthusiastically took to the arts. Art lessons were so important to Tracey that when she was fifteen, her father traded carpentry services for her to receive private art lessons. She went on to attend the Savannah College of Art & Design and received her BFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

People are captivated by Tracey's art. Tracey and her business partner Ashley Wall have been friends and community volunteers for years. Ashley has been a supporter of Tracey's art ever since she bought an original Party Girl painting in 2000, and she is thrilled to now share Tracey's creations with the world.
